Shipping

All items ship within 3 business days of ordering unless an alternative is indicated on the product page. The preferred carrier is USPS. You (the customer) are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address. The carrier is responsible for the package when the carrier is in possession of it.

Shipping is currently limited to the United States.

Refunds and Returns

Unless an alternative is indicated on the product page, any product may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date if the following are true. A return must occur via the Return Material Authorization Process (RMA).

  1. A return was requested by the customer and the correct RMA number is provided on the return packaging.
  2. The RMA was started within 30 days of the shipping date and the return completed within 30 days of issuing the RMA number.
  3. The product is in the condition it was shipped in. It must be unmodified and undamaged. Open packaging is allowed.

Upon a valid return, the refund will be issued. It will include the cost of the item and sales tax. Shipping costs are not refunded.

How to Properly Return a Product

  1. Request a return by contacting Intrinsic Machines at info@intrinsicmachines.com. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address will be provided to the customer. That RMA number must be indicated on the outside of the shipping package. If there is no legible RMA number on the package, there is no guarantee that we will be able to identify the package as yours! It may be delayed, rejected, or returned.
  2. Package and adequately protect the product. If the original packaging is available and functional, use it. Do not ship anything that was not in the RMA. The return of excess items will be at the discretion of Intrinsic Machines. Put the RMA number on the outside of the box (make it conspicuous).
  3. Ship the package to Intrinsic Machines using the shipping address provided to you. USPS or Fedex are preferred. Follow the carrier’s instructions for shipping labels. Verify the RMA number is visible.
  4. Once Intrinsic Machines receives the package and identifies it using the RMA number, then a refund may be issued according to the Refund and Return Policy.

Warranty

Products may be returned via the Refunds and Returns RMA process with 1 year of the shipping date from Intrinsic Machines for manufacturer defects only. Upon returning, a replacement will be provided (identical part numbers only). If a replacement cannot be provided, a store credit will be provided to the account that the item was purchased on.

Warranty returns are not a refund, and the warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or damage.

Unless an alternative warranty document is provided on the product page, this warranty applies.
